So, “what exactly is Digg”, you ask? Oh, you didn’t ask? Oh, you mean I’m having a conversation with myself and my keyboard? It’s okay, I’m used to it by now! 
Digg.com is a website boasting more than 2.7 MILLION registered users! WOW! It is “a user-driven news Web site that brings together hundreds of thousands of people to do the work of finding, submitting, reviewing and featuring news stories drawn from every corner of the Web”. http://computer.howstuffworks.com/digg.htm
When you click on that little Digg button (which appears on the bottom of my articles), you are telling the Digg community that you’ve found a great article and then other people read it and they click it to vote again. The more votes my article gets, the closer to the front page of Digg.com my article gets. Front page means front and center of the attention of 2.7 million users!! (That’s a really good thing for my blog!)
So, go ahead, digg it! It’ll be fun!
