I just got tagged by my friend Mikki at MyBibleAndACupOfCoffee to participate in “6th Photo”! She is a very wise veteran homeschooling mom with two daughters in their teen years and she has been a great encouragement to me since we moved to Florida nearly two years ago!
This sounded like fun and it’s something easy to post on a Friday afternoon, so here we go …
The Rules:
1) Go to your photo files…Select the 6th photo folder
2) Select the 6th photo in that folder
3) Post that photo along with the story behind it.
4) Then challenge 5 blog friends to do the same!
Haha!! Okay, this one DEFINITELY wouldn’t have been released for public consumption if it weren’t for this little game of 6th photo! My mother-in-law made both my daughters beautifully knit clothes and she wanted a photo of them wearing what she had made.
Anna has a short sleeved sweater and Elia has a dress – both of them are absolutely beautiful! After they outgrow them, I’ll be saving the clothes for when (if) they have little girls.
Elia was not happy that Mommy walked out of the photo! Can you see the mother-ly look on Anna’s face? She’s lovingly and firmly saying, “no no Elia, let’s take a picture, then momma will be right back.” She’s such a good little helper.
And now for the tagging! Since I’m pretty new in the blogosphere, all of these ladies are new friends for me. I don’t know what’s more fun, blogging or meeting other bloggers!
1. Joy at FiveJs
2. Leslie at OliveShoot
3. Misty at HomeSchoolBytes
4. Denise at ChaiMommy
5. Lisa at LisaRussell
Have fun finding your 6th photo and make sure you come back here and post the link so everyone can see it!

Too cute. Glad you joined in.
What a cute story! The girls are adorable.
Thanks for tagging me. I’m gonna join in and post tomorrow, but what if I have tons of pic folder, all over, some on the desktop and then in other folders? Ah, nevermind- gonna go to Picasa- as it has put the pics in folders in a row.
I am excited to do this, such a neat challenge. I really look forward to getting to know you
Blessings~
Oh, what a sweet story and what a sweet big sister. I have two big girls here, too, and they can be so sweet when they try to help a younger sibling!
Thanks so much for the visit Michelle! I am so glad my daughters have a sister! I grew up with a sister and we are best friends (separated by 1300 miles
) I love to watch them play and interact! Thanks for the kind comments!
