Thanks to everyone for stopping by and leaving a comment! Comments to a blogger are like candy to a baby!!

Mrs. Dani - that is such a sweet story! How wonderful to have such a great line of cooks to follow! :)

Mub - yes, my food processor has been a huge blessing! And getting one at a garage sale is even better!

Jenny - usually we just do oatmeal for breakfast with various toppings. I made this one for dinner - now that you mention it, I guess I didn't really point that out in the article!!! :) So glad you noticed!

Yeah, someone like me that does not measure ingredients exactly. I fustrate my friends so bad because of this. But you know, unless you are baking bread, the best chefs do not measure anything. If you ask my Great-Grandma how to make bisquits (her son-in-law will drool when he talks about them), it would go like this,
Ok, take a hand full of four,
How much flour?
Oh, a handful dear, then a lump of shortin,
Is that a cup full?
No dear, dont dirty a cup, just get a lump out of the can

This recipe sounds good.. I am going to have to try this.

This sounds really tasty! I hate grating potatoes by hand too. I felt really lucky when we found a food processor with all it's various blades (including a grating blade!) for 10 euro at the thrift store. I snatched that baby up QUITE fast.

Thanks for the recipe, I can't wait to try it!

that looks really good. I don't do breakfast much. If I do, I get it from mcdonalds. xD But I think I would take the time to make something like this.
