Crew Review – StudyPod Book Holder

The StudyPod is a very simple, yet very useful tool that I was asked to review for the Homeschool Crew. Essentially, it holds your papers and books up at a much better angle and out of the way of the rest of your workspace. (And, who couldn’t use more space?)

Here is a great illustration of what the StudyPod can do for you …

The pod is quite sturdy – even stood up to my three little ones playing with it! The unit folds up for easy portability and stores a few necessities for studying. Opening it up and putting it to use is very quick – here’s a video to prove it …

I have been using this tool quite a bit recently.  I’ve been doing tons of research on another topic near and dear to my heart, babies in the breech position right before birth, and tend to have lots of books and papers scattered about.  When I sit down to my research, I don’t have lots of time so I’d rather not waste the time I have in searching for papers and scrabbling for that one note I wrote a little while ago.  The StudyPod has helped keep my workspace clear and my information more organized!

Other uses for the StudyPod might be to hold up your cookbook in the kitchen, sheet music holder, to hold a book or magazine while exercising and much more!

The StudyPod retails for $19.95 on the Genio website (“Smart Products for Smart People”).  You can also search for a local store that sells the product.  I didn’t realize that the campus bookstore right near me sold them - I may have to buy one for the kitchen to hold up my cookbooks!
