Yes, I really stopped at five different stores.
Yes, it took me longer than if I had only stopped at one store.
Since I’m pretty new to this whole thing, I’m not as proficient in the planning stages as I could be or will be as I keep doing it. I started my planning and research at 6am, left the house at 9am, and got back at 1pm, not including putting everything away – which my kids actually did for me. (Yes, they are the sweetest little angels!!) I did stop at three different Walgreens and two different CVS locations – as I get more used to how this all works, I’ll only have to stop at one location. It took me longer to get all my coupons together because I would check and double check to make sure I had everything right. Eventually, it won’t take as long!
Invest the time and you’ll be amazed at how much money you can save!
I hope this article helped get you fired up to get started! Please let me know if you have any questions!

That’s about exactly how I shop, although I try to have everything ready (coupons and grocery list) before the day I go shopping, because it does take such a long time to put together. So far I just match up coupons with Safeway ads and save more there than if I just went to Walmart. I haven’t tried Walgreens yet, but I should because I know you can get things for free there.
Thanks a great deal for the wonderful information here! I have bookmarked the page
